It was very disconcerting to return home from a hospital visit to a house at 50 degrees. I was very impressed with how quickly you could respond to our emergency. I was also very impressed with the young man who came out to fix our furnace. He called to let us know when to expect him. He took the time to explain to us what the problem was. He was friendly and very professional.
